Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information.

All our shipping is done through Australia Post.  Australia Post is fast, efficient and provides the best value service.

When you check-out, you will be provided with all available shipping options and costs.  You will be able to make your own shipping decision based on your needs.

If your order is placed by 4pm, it will be shipped the same day.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.  If you are concerned that your item may be lost, make sure you select either Express Post or Registered Post.   Registered post includes $100 of insurance by default and of course, there is proof of delivery.  Express post carries an item tracking number, which makes it possible to track the item, but there is no proof of delivery.

Returns Information

Use the 'Contact Us' tab in the 'Information Panel'.  Send an email to 'Sales' describing the nature of the return.

We will contact you with a 'Return Authorisation Number' that you will put on the outside of the package.

Return the package to us.  When the goods received in re-salable condition, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods returned.

Packaging

Where possible, we will recycle packaging.  It helps us control costs, and helps the planet at the same time.
